LPN Continuous Care/NIGHTS

We are seeking an LPN to provide one-to-one crisis care for hospice patients with high-intensity, highly engaged clinical supervision. The LPN will elevate patients’ quality of life and take caregiving pressures off their loved ones’ shoulders.

Requirements

• Nursing license
• At least one year of hospital nursing experience
• Reliable transportation
