The role involves managing a multidisciplinary team, providing direct patient care, and advocating for patient needs. Requirements

• Licensed medical or osteopathic physician in the state
• Board-certified or board-eligible in hospice and palliative medicine (including internal medicine, family practice, or related specialty)
• Familiarity with hospice regulations
• DEA registration (required)
