As a home care hospice physician, you will use your expertise to build meaningful relationships with patients and families, providing the highest-quality care at the most challenging point in life.

Requirements

• Be licensed to practice medicine or osteopathy in the state of Florida
• Be board-certified or board-eligible in hospice and palliative medicine, internal medicine, family practice, or a related specialty
• Be familiar with the principles of hospice and registered with the DEA
• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
