Job Description
VITAS Healthcare is seeking a registered nurse (RN) to join their team as a home care case manager. The successful candidate will provide end-of-life care to patients and their families, ensuring they are comfortable and connected throughout their journey. This is a full-time position based in Denton, TX.
Requirements
- Currently licensed to practice nursing in the state where the VITAS program is located.
- A minimum of two years of nursing experience in hospice, home health, or community health in the last five years.
- Equivalent experience or licensure may be considered
