Requirements

• Ability to travel per job requirements.
• Knowledge of community resources.
• Knowledge of psychosocial issues in terminally ill patients.
• Ability to relate with others as a member of an interdisciplinary team.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Experience as a social worker with a terminally ill and their families (preferred).
