Requirements

• Ability to travel per job requirements
• Thorough knowledge of community resources
• Knowledge of psychosocial issues related to terminally ill patients
• Capacity to relate to others and work as part of a team
• Excellent listening and communication skills
• Ability to advocate for patients and family
• Master's degree in Social Work
