Job Description
Vitestro is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to advise and support managers in the organization, focusing on Learning & Development, performance management, talent development, and data-driven HR. The successful candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in a similar role, a BSc or MSc in a relevant field, and good Excel skills.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in a similar role within HR, preferably within a scale-up
- A BSc or MSc in a relevant field
- Proven experience in Learning & Development
- Extensive experience with performance management and review cycles
- Good Excel skills and experience with HR analyses
- Knowledge of HRIS systems, with the ability to translate this knowledge into practical improvements
