Supplier Quality Engineer role at Vitestro, a pioneer in autonomous medical robotics, responsible for building and strengthening supplier quality foundation, working with suppliers, internal stakeholders to understand manufacturing processes, identify quality risks, and drive structural improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience with manufacturing processes and quality controls in a high-complexity, low-volume supply chain environment.
- Solid understanding of process improvement methodologies such as Kaizen, Lean, or 7-step problem solving / 8D.
- Basic to solid knowledge of quality systems and structured quality improvement methods.
- Experience working with external suppliers in a manufacturing, quality, or supplier quality role.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand how supplier processes impact product quality and operational performance.
- A structured, pragmatic, and hands-on working style.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and externally with suppliers.
- Good command of English.
