Process Technician Apprenticeship

The ATBPU Process Technician Apprenticeship Program is a two-year development pathway for diploma-qualified Engineering graduates to start a career in ATBPU refinery operations.

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Process Technology)
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word & Excel)
• Proficient in English (written & verbal)
• Willingness to work at ATB Refinery, Tanjung Bin, Pontian, Johor
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and strong teamwork orientation
• High discipline, reliability, and respect for safety rules
• Ability to follow instructions, observe details, and maintain accurate records
• Good interpersonal skills and a professional, courteous work ethic
• Resilient, proactive, and adaptable to refinery operational demands
