As a Technical Operations Manager, you will oversee the performance and processes of our centralized support teams, drive operational excellence, and ensure seamless customer experiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field
• More than 5 years of experience in technical operations, customer operations, or customer support management
• Proven experience leading centralized or cross-functional support teams
• Analytical thinker with a strong command of operational metrics
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong leadership, communication, and people-development abilities
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
