The Medication Technician position requires a high school diploma or GED and the ability to work well with peers in a congenial environment. The role involves caring for residents, administering medication, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. The position requires a high level of compassion, dignity, and attention to detail.

Requirements

• Comply with federal, state, and local health and regulatory standards
• Maintain the utmost compassion and dignity to the residents

• Be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Maintain the highest standards in caring and servicing the needs of residents
• Supervise and care for residents on a daily basis
• Assist with activities of daily living
• Administer medication as directed by supervisor
• Answer emergency calls promptly and courteously
• Perform other duties as required
