Assistant Resident Care Director (FT 11am-7pm)

We are looking for a people-person who loves to connect with caregivers and families to improve the quality of care provided to residents with Dementia.

Requirements

• A servant leader attitude with a willingness to demonstrate what you expect from others
• 1 - 3 years of experience supervising staff in a senior living or clinical setting
• Superior communication and people-skills
• Strong organizational instincts and diligent follow-up
• Tech comfort—MS Office, EMR systems & Internet based applications
