Health Coach (Part-Time)
High school degree, 0-2 years of experience in health coaching, wellness counseling, or a related role
Physician (Part-time)
2+ years of primary care experience, MD or DO degree, board certification, and current medical license
Insurance Coordinator
High school diploma or GED, working knowledge of Spanish language, and minimum of 2 years' experience in community-based social service or health service agency
Case Manager
Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent lived experience, and previous experience in case management
Psychotherapist
Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy, licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT, experience providing in-person, video-based, and telephone-based therapy
Prevention Navigator
High school diploma or GED, 2+ years of experience in prevention activities, care navigation, linkage to care, counselling, providing education and/or direct services in a community-based health center or social service environment
Prevention Specialist
High school diploma or GED, knowledge of HIV/AIDS, PrEP, and AODA issues, experience presenting to small and/or large groups, proficiency in Microsoft Office, Windows, and Databases
