Physician (Part-time)

Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 2 years' experience with primary care delivery in a clinical setting
• Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine or a related field
• Current unrestricted medical license in the state of practice and any adjacent states
• Valid DEA license or the ability to obtain DEA
