Job Description
Vivent Health is seeking a Prevention Specialist to provide anonymous and confidential testing for HIV, Hepatitis C, syphilis, and other STIs. The role involves delivering quality patient care, providing prevention education services, and working with priority populations.
Requirements
- Conduct confidential and anonymous HIV, HCV, syphilis, and STI testing
- Provide prevention education services
- Engage in syringe access programming
- Work with priority populations
- Document all services and activities utilizing established internal data systems
