Job Description
Join vivenu, the global leader in event ticketing tech, as a Solution Architect to bridge the gap between our API-first platform and complex enterprise ticketing needs. Your responsibilities will include architecting tailored solutions for custom integration gaps, partnering with enterprise clients, and running deep-dive technical workshops.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally a background in software engineering or a highly technical role, with a deliberate career pivot toward client-facing strategy, business impact, and solution design.
- A university degree in Computer Science or a related quantitative, technical field.
- A broad, comprehensive understanding of web applications, REST APIs, webhooks, data mapping, and how modern software ecosystems interact
- Exceptional communication skills to navigate high-stakes client environments, manage multiple priorities, and confidently manage client expectations.
