Job Description
As the VP, Engineering, you will lead multiple cross-functional teams in delivering scalable, secure, and high-impact clinical SaaS products.
Requirements
- Strong technical background (e.g., cloud-native architectures, distributed systems, Azure, Databricks)
- Bachelors degree preferred
- 10 + years of related experience required
- Experience with large-scale data systems and HIPAA-compliant solutions
- Effective people manager and mentor with experience scaling team leadership
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audience
- Experience in healthcare, clinical systems, or data-intensive environments
- Familiarity with product operating models (dual-track agile, empowered teams)
- Experience with metrics-driven continuous improvement (e.g., DORA, SPACE)
