Business Consultant (Salesforce Commerce Cloud)

Requirements

• 4-7 years of client-side or consultancy experience in eCommerce
• Excellent working knowledge of digital ecosystems including hands-on experience of Salesforce Commerce Cloud and deep understanding of digital technologies within commerce and martech landscape
• Digital expertise in FMCG/CPG, Retail, or Automotive
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
• Experience in client discovery and information gathering
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Proven problem-solving abilities
• Strong understanding of digital technologies and selling/trading across multiple channels
• Naturally curious, ambitious and driven
• Organised with good time management and prioritisation skills
• A collaborative team player
