Job Description
VML, part of WPP, is seeking a Senior UX Designer to join its rapidly expanding CX team. The role requires an experienced designer with a portfolio of high-quality UX design and a strong understanding of e-commerce and complex journeys. The successful candidate will work alongside leads in UX, UI, and Service Design, Optimisation and Consulting to ensure the customers' needs and clients' requirements are met.
Requirements
- Significant proven experience in UX design
- Compelling portfolio that demonstrates high-quality UX design
- Breadth of experience in e-commerce or complex journeys
- Experience owning the full UX process
- Solid information, interaction, and experience design skills
- Ability to understand technical constraints, user goals, and business requirements
- Excellent client communication skills
