Requirements
- Significant proven experience, ideally at an agency
- Compelling portfolio that demonstrates high quality, best in class UX design
- Breadth of experience in e-commerce or complex journeys
- Experience owning the full UX process, including running discovery phases and qualitative and quantitative research
- Solid information, interaction and experience design skills
- Ability to understand the array of technical constraints, user goals and business requirements
- Excellent client communication skills
