Job Description
WPP is seeking an experienced Senior Experience Strategist to lead the development and execution of groundbreaking omni-channel strategies for top-tier clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of strategic leadership, expertise in digital marketing, and ability to drive transformative impact within a dynamic agency environment.
Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive experience in CRM, customer experience strategy, or strategic planning roles
- Experience in developing and implementing large-scale, complex omni-channel strategies for major brands
- Expertise in digital marketing channels, integrated customer engagement strategies, and emerging technologies
- Advanced technical & data proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Cloud, Braze) and advanced analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics)
- Executive communication & strategic storytelling skills
- Visionary strategic thinking and ability to connect CRM, brand strategy, and the end-to-end customer experience into a cohesive and innovative vision
- Leadership in collaboration, strategic program management, and organizational skills
