Job Description
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing scheduled maintenance and property improvements in the complexes where residents live. This includes preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment and facilities, as well as participating in and supervising maintenance projects.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 18 years of age or older
- Ability to follow instructions from supervisors
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively and respectfully with residents
