Job Description
Under the direction of the CCBHC Medical Director, the Nurse Practitioner will provide medication assisted treatment (MAT) consultations and assess for the need of Buprenorphine (Suboxone) to patients with opioid use disorders in an outpatient clinic setting.
Requirements
- New York State License as a Nurse Practitioner (Board Certified in Addiction preferred)
- Prior experience working with behavioral health populations and marginalized communities
- Experience in telehealth preferred
- Experience and knowledge of Microsoft systems and electronic health records (EHR)
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Ability to speak, read and write the English language
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
