Vocus is seeking an experienced Account Manager to drive growth, retention, and long-term customer success. The role involves owning a portfolio of customers, strengthening relationships, and ensuring every client receives an exceptional Vocus experience.
Requirements
- 4+ years' proven experience in enterprise or mid-market account management in a similar Telecommunications or Technology related industry
- Strong capability in account planning, including white-space identification and expansion planning
- Proven experience managing C-suite or Government stakeholders with confidence and professionalism
- Strong commercial acumen, including contract renewals, pricing discussions, and commercial governance
- Demonstrated success in driving cross-sell/upsell opportunities and building healthy pipelines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Expert-level presentation skills, able to engage senior stakeholders and articulate value effectively
