The role involves empowering the sales organisation with the skills, tools and frameworks needed to drive high-quality customer engagement and improved win rates.
Requirements
- 5â10 years in sales enablement, commercial operations or B2B sales leadership
- Proven experience designing and delivering sales capability and readiness programs
- Strong background in implementing sales methodologies and managing onboarding at scale
- Deep understanding of B2B sales cycles, ideally within telco or technology
- Demonstrated cross-functional experience partnering with Marketing, Product and Sales teams
- Skilled in CRM systems and enablement platforms (e.g., Salesforce, LinkedIn)
- Strong facilitation, presentation and stakeholder management abilities
