GM - Fiber Operations

The Regional Fiber Head will be responsible for planning, projects, and operations functions in the fiber operations department. They will deliver KPIs as per organizational requirements and meet mobility and enterprise services experience expectations by implementing high-quality workmanship and cost-effective operating models.

Requirements

• 15-20 years of Telecom experience
• Proficiency in understanding overall transport NW architecture and key cost drivers
• Ability to manage in dynamic, high growth and highly uncertainty environments
• Strategic mind bend and understanding of overall mobility and enterprise Network
• Sound understanding of Capex & Opex and budgetary skills to derive best out of NW at lowest possible cost
• Excellent Analytical skills, team building and inter-personal relationship skill to excel cross functional projects and ensure best customer experience
• Strong Stakeholder management, Negotiation skills and Strategic mind set to make win-win alliance with TSP partners and IRU partners
