We are seeking a skilled professional to manage and support Kenan Postpaid Billing systems and associated applications. The individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to maintain high-quality billing operations and drive continuous improvement across the billing lifecycle.
Requirements
- 6–8 years of experience in the Telecom Billing domain, with expertise in Kenan Billing System.
- Proficient in Unix/Linux, Shell scripting, and Oracle SQL/PL-SQL.
- Functional knowledge of Mediation, Postpaid/Prepaid Billing, and Interconnect applications.
- Familiarity with Control-M, Splunk, and ticketing tools such as Remedy or Jira is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Effective communicator with stakeholder management capabilities.
- Knowledgeable in ITIL standards and service delivery practices.
- Comfortable working in a 24×7 support environment with rotational shifts.
- Able to collaborate within cross-cultural, international teams.
