Job Description
As a Presales Engineer, you will provide specialist technical support and design customer solutions for mobile private networks. You will act as an interface between customers, sales, marketing, technology, and customer care. You will provide technical support and solution design for new acquired customers and new sales, design complex solutions, and prepare customer offers.
Requirements
- Excellent knowledge of IT/Telco complex customer solutions at business and corporate segments
- Excellent knowledge of IP technologies and VoIP
- Knowledge of access partners and their services worldwide
- Knowledge of Telecommunication & ICT Technologies (5G, GSM, UMTS, LTE, VOIP, Fixed Data technologies, PBX, Cloud Computing)
- Good orientation in the field of mobile solutions and core systems
- Communication skills
- Project management
- Knowledge of market trends
- Building and Proposing solutions
- Data Analytics and Insights
- Relationship and Stakeholder Management
- University degree
