Job Description
VOIS is seeking a Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of technology projects within the Software Engineering - BIBDA function. The role requires strong expertise in project management, Agile delivery, budget control, and stakeholder collaboration. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of programme objectives.
Requirements
- 8-12 years of overall experience, with at least 5-8 years in project management
- Experience in handling application development (AD) projects valued between USD 1-2 million
- Strong knowledge of BIBDA and BSS domain areas
- Skilled in Agile frameworks with experience in delivering and managing programmes using Agile methodologies
- Knowledgeable in estimation techniques, productivity measurement and project planning
- Proficient in written and verbal communication, with strong organisational, multitasking and stakeholder-management capabilities
- Familiar with project management and collaboration tools including MPP, Slack, Jira, Confluence and Azure DevOps
