Job Description
VOIS is seeking a skilled project management professional with 8–12 years of experience to lead end-to-end delivery of Application Development (AD) projects within the BIBDA and BSS domains.
Requirements
- 8–12 years of experience in project management
- 5–8 years of experience in relevant project leadership roles
- Strong background in handling AD projects valued at USD 1–2 million
- Knowledge of BIBDA and BSS domains
- Proficiency in agile methodologies and programme management frameworks
- Skilled in estimation, productivity measurement, and project planning
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Confident using Microsoft tools and project management platforms
- Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, or SAFe Advanced are an advantage
- Educational qualification: B.E./B.Tech, BCA/MCA, BSc/MSc (Computer Science)
