Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or a related sales/commercial field
- Strategic leadership: ability to lead and develop high-potential teams
- Capacity to build strong connections with commercial channels through clear communication, genuine enthusiasm, and empathetic leadership
- Experience in sales within telecom or a similar industry, ideally in telecoms/main retailers
- Strong commercial and business acumen
- Execution focus: high sense of urgency and accountability
- Background in telecommunications/industry knowledge (optional)
- Proven track record in sales and/or channels sale management
- Fluency in English and Portuguese
