Senior Solution Designer

We are seeking a Senior Solution Designer to support the VOIS Commercial Enablement project by delivering high-quality solution blueprints, technical analysis and architecture direction for complex BSS/OSS initiatives.

Requirements

• Produce solution scope and designs primarily for BSS/OSS, working with product owners, security architects, technical leads, and VOIS IT/Network teams.
• Initiate and support the shaping of large workstreams and projects, engaging stakeholders at appropriate levels.
• Conduct discovery and gap analysis to identify non-compliance with VOIS baselines and regulatory requirements, and define remediation solutions.
• Lead core solution design activities including requirements analysis, impact assessments, blueprint creation, high-level designs and prototyping.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal colleagues and line managers.
• Perform technical assessments of BSS/OSS solutions and services.
• Apply architectural design principles and patterns to ensure scalability, reliability, security and maintainability.
• Prepare white papers outlining innovative solution approaches that enhance value and reduce costs.
• Contribute to risk and issue assessment for relevant programmes and projects.
• Support KPI tracking and progress analysis.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of a long-range plan and pipeline of viable projects based on cost-benefit analysis.
• Assess the impact of de-scoped or deferred deliverables and incorporate changes into the wider technology strategy.
