Job Description
As a Senior Service Engineer, you will be part of a specialized service and operation team, responsible for managing business customers from the public sector. You will analyze and evaluate customer requirements, develop standards for service management, and lead task forces to improve service quality.
Requirements
- Completed technical studies in telecommunications, electrical engineering, computer science, or related fields
- Several years of professional experience (> 5 years) in IT and telecommunications
- Technical expertise in various fields, including ITIL, Cisco, firewalls, cybersecurity, cloud, etc.
- Experience in steering external resources (e.g. manufacturers, partners, etc.)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
