Requirements

• Significant experience working with product, financial operations, payments, lending, or related financial services platforms.
• Strong understanding of loan servicing, payment processing, settlement flows, reconciliations, and financial control environments.
• Proven ability to turn complex business, regulatory, and financial requirements into clear product deliverables and platform rules.
• Advanced analytical capability, with confidence interpreting complex data, understanding system interactions, and diagnosing multi system behaviour.
• A track record of influencing technology and operational teams to deliver cross functional outcomes at pace.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and translate technical detail into clear, accessible language.
• Solid knowledge of lending, payments, and consumer finance regulation, with an appreciation of associated compliance obligations.
