Job Description
Business Affairs & Commercial Contracts Manager will support negotiation, drafting, and execution of commercial agreements, partnering with business stakeholders to drive revenue and manage risk.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school
- 5+ years of experience in business affairs, commercial contracts, legal operations, or a related field
- Strong experience negotiating and drafting commercial agreements
- Excellent business judgment with the ability to balance risk and commercial objectives
