Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide full technical support to all corporate users for in-office and remote software packages. The ideal candidate will have a degree or diploma in computer science or information technology, 1-3 years of experience in a technical support role, and proficiency in Windows and/or MacOS.
