The Account Manager will manage and grow an established portfolio of commercial clients while developing new accounts within the greater Atlanta market. This is a full-time in-person position with a pay-for-performance compensation plan and growth-focused company.
Requirements
- Grow and retain key accounts through consistent relationship management, communication, and trust-building.
- Identify and close new opportunities across multifamily, healthcare, education, and commercial property sectors.
- Partner closely with operations and project management to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Develop and execute a territory business plan aligned with local goals and company strategy.
- Attend trade associations and represent the company with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Track activity, pipeline, and forecasting in CRM; own your market and results.
