Sales Estimator (ID# 229)

Our Client is seeking a dynamic and skilled Sales Estimator to join their team as a fourth-level estimator. In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating, managing, and executing high-quality estimates across residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

Requirements

• 3+ years in construction, restoration, or contents estimating
• Residential estimating experience over $50,000 and commercial experience over $100,000
• Advanced Xactimate training with certification, achieving a high score
• Strong customer service background with excellent communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Xactimate; professional demeanor and appearance
• Ability to work well within a team and maintain professional interactions with co-workers and vendors
