Business Development Representative

We're looking for a Business Development Representative to join our team at Voltai, a leading AI company building agentic systems and frontier foundation models for semiconductor and electronics design. As a BDR, you will be responsible for identifying high-potential leads, engaging decision-makers, and qualifying inbound and outbound leads to assess fit and buying readiness.

Requirements

• Strong sales experience with complex enterprise deals
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent negotiation and contract management skills
• Familiarity with CRMs, outbound tools, and basic analytics
• Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients
