We are looking for a Junior Operations professional to join our team at Voltai, a leading AI company building agentic systems and frontier foundation models for semiconductor and electronics design.
Requirements
- Run core operations
- Identify, vet, and work with vendors
- Build and maintain relationships with customers
- Identify and participate in events to network with potential clients and partners
- Act as an account executive or user liaison when required
- Assist with special projects and initiatives
- Facilitate communication across teams
- Manage and optimize the schedules of our executive team
- Manage and prioritize incoming requests
- Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings
- Organize travel arrangements
