Talent Lead

Voltai is a leading AI company building agentic systems and frontier foundation models for semiconductor and electronics design. We are looking for a Talent Lead to operationalize building a world-class team and own the end-to-end recruitment process.

Requirements

• Experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in sourcing candidates, job boards, and other recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• A flexible, can-do attitude with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and new tasks.
• Ability to influence hiring processes and decisions using data.
