We are looking for Customer Care Representatives to provide high-quality service and create a positive customer experience at every point of contact. The role is part of the Front Office team of the Contact Center and reports to the Front Office Team Leader.
Requirements
- Previous experience of 1-3 years in a customer service role or Contact Center
- Familiarity with CRM or customer service systems
- Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English
- Good knowledge of English language
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
