About Voltus: Voltus is the leading virtual power plant operator of distributed energy resources. Voltus is seeking a talented and driven Go-to-Market (GTM) Recruiter to join their team. The ideal candidate brings deep recruiting expertise, a strong network in the energy sector, and firsthand familiarity with distributed energy resources (DERs) and the commercial landscape in which they operate.
Requirements
- Own the full recruiting lifecycle for commercial and enterprise sales roles
- Partner closely with Sales Directors, VP of Sales, Partnerships, and People leadership
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified commercial talent
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies tailored to the energy industry
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruiting activity
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with senior sales leaders and hiring managers
- Excellent sourcing skills with a track record of building pipelines for hard-to-fill, niche commercial roles
- Strong communication skills
