Job Description
People Operations Associate responsible for delivering exceptional HR systems and operational support, partnering with the Senior Director, People Operations, to execute structures that support the strategy and business objectives of the People Operations function.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working across all aspects of people operations
- Proven critical thinking and analytical skills, and can work independently and as part of a team.
- Subject-matter expert in HR systems and processes, with experience in technology maintenance, legal and compliance matters, compensation and benefits, and performance management
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth, deadline-oriented, team-focused, virtual environment
