The Supervisory Case Manager oversees advocacy, crisis intervention, support services, and coordination with funding sources. Ensures that their assigned program meets or exceeds program objectives, supervises the provision of high-quality services for program participants, and ensures ongoing compliance with funder requirements and agency policy and procedure.

- QUALFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in human services, social work, or a closely related field or related experience.
- 1 year of direct, full-time case management experience demonstrating the ability to consistently apply field-relevant best practices and standards.
- Demonstrated ability to fulfill relevant program compliance and administrative requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams of human service professionals
