We are looking for a Behavioral Health Clinician to work with diverse and complex populations in real-world settings. This role is ideal for individuals who have recently completed their Master’s program and are working toward full licensure. You will provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based practices and work in shelters, housing programs, medical respite, and other community-based settings.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- Active or eligible for Washington State associate licensure (LCSWA or LMHCA)
- Ability to obtain Agency Affiliated Counselor (AAC) credential within 30 days of hire
- Experience or strong interest in working with individuals impacted by homelessness, mental health, and substance use
- Strong clinical judgment and willingness to continue learning and growing
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
