Volunteers of America Eastern Washington and Northern Idaho is a nonprofit organization that provides shelter, respite, and direct support services to youth and individuals experiencing homelessness. Through its Hope House program, it offers medical respite care and a trauma‑informed healing environment to help individuals recover after a hospital stay.

Overnight Youth Shelter Support Staff- Crosswalk
High school diploma or equivalent, 1 year of experience working with youth, or 2 years of post-secondary education, and various certifications and background checks
Behavioral Health Clinician - Masters Level
Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field; active or eligible for Washington State associate licensure; ability to obtain Agency Affiliated Counselor credential
Clinical Supervisor - LICSW
2+ years experience as a licensed clinician, minimum, and ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams
Hope House Respite Support Staff
Requires strong communication skills, ability to work independently, and a calm, respectful presence
Alexandria’s House Support Staff
High School Diploma or GED/HSEC, 1 year of experience working with children or 2 years of post-secondary education, and relevant certifications
Security Specialist / Part Time Security Office
2+ years of security experience or comparable background and a valid driver's license
Young Adult Shelter Support Staff
Experience supporting young adults, calmness in high-stress situations, strong communication skills, and ability to maintain a clean environment
Case Manager – Alexandria’s House & Aston Bleck Apartments
