Job Description
VOA is looking for a compassionate Case Manager to support young mothers and their children through two transitional housing programs.
Requirements
- Providing comprehensive case management services
- Supporting residents in developing independent living and parenting skills
- Coordinating services with community partners
- Providing advocacy and referrals
- Completing accurate, timely documentation and data entry
- Participating in staff meetings and required trainings
