Job Description
We are hiring two Clinical Supervisors to support the growth of our Behavioral Health Services. This role is designed for experienced, fully licensed clinicians who are ready to focus on clinical supervision, mentorship, and strengthening practice across programs—not managing a caseload.
Requirements
- Active, unrestricted Washington State license (LICSW or LMHC)
- Minimum of two years as a fully licensed clinician
- Experience working with individuals impacted by mental health, substance use, and housing instability
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to support high-acuity situations
- Experience mentoring, coaching, or supervising staff
- Ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams
