Job Description
Volunteers of America-Greater New York is seeking a Case Manager to provide services to clients in need. The Case Manager will work with clients to assess their strengths and needs, plan a course of action, and link them to services.
Requirements
- Associates Degree or 60 college credits courses in Human Services field or High School Diploma or GED with 1 year of relevant shelter experience
- Demonstrated ability in verbal and written communication, including basic computer skills
- Ability to communicate professionally (oral and written) with Spanish-speaking clients required
